Alisha was very friendly. I would wait for a long time for her. She did a great job in telling me how to help style my hair.

Normally this store is great, but tonight I ended up just leaving without getting my hair cut. There was a full lobby and no one communicated how long the wait would be so I just left, I had too many other things I needed to get done before the stores closed. To be honest the method you have for taking clients just doesn't work, who in this day and age has time to sit around for 40 minutes and wait for a haircut? You seriously need to consider call ahead options or something. As much as I enjoy the experience at Sport Clips and a couple of the stylists are great in this store I am just not sure this is going to work for me and how busy my schedule is now especially with summer here. It would be one thing if the store was full of stylists, but there were two and the lobby was packed. There were three people there all day, what for? Is the store that busy in the middle of the day? More busy than after work hours? I am not sure I understand the logic there. I have kind of a sour taste as I had inquired about a baseball sponsorship earlier this spring and I received no response at all, not even a "not interested." As far as caring about the customer needs this store is severely lacking in my opinion and I have been in the service industry for a long time, I know good service and this is not it. Take these comments for what they are worth, I am not sure what you do with these, but I have pretty good idea.
